Certified lactation counselor, Birth Doula

About Me

Hello, My name is Jennifer. I am a wife and mother of two.  I have been working with parents for almost 10 years.

I knew from the moment I had my first child that it was the most important job that I would ever have.

I am a lifelong learner. So I began to read , research and make my decisions evidence based.  I began talking to other parents and finding what worked for me and my child.

Fast forward to having two of my own children and working in the parenting field. I pestered my employer to send me for lactation counselor training and then Doula training because I saw a lack of services in my area.

From the first time I helped a Mom nurse comfortably and successfully to the first birth I attended I was hooked. I knew this was where my passions lie.  I do as much research and reading for the parents I work with as I did for myself ( probably more). I am dedicated to offering a variety of birth services to all parents.  I continually educate myself, train and certify to keep offering up to date information and evidence based ciriculum.
